Privacy policy

This policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising services. Fonts are loaded from this site's own server. No data is transferred to third parties such as Google when you visit.

The website runs on a server from Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd., Cyprus) located in Germany.

Individual page views are not logged. Only in the event of technical errors does the web server store error details, which may include an IP address. They serve solely to keep the site running securely, are not combined with other data and are deleted after 14 days at the latest.

If you write to me, I process your details (name, email address, content of the message) to answer your enquiry and prepare an initial call. I keep them for as long as the enquiry requires or statutory retention obligations demand.

Emails are processed via Google Workspace (provider: Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Ireland). Google may also process data in the USA; the transfer is based on the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

To book an initial call, the “Book an initial call” button takes you to a Google Calendar booking page (provider: Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Ireland). Data is only transferred to Google once you click; nothing from Google is loaded on friets.ch itself.

When booking, you provide your name, email address and preferred time. I use this information to prepare and hold the call. Google may also process data in the USA; the transfer is based on the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Alternatively, you can arrange an appointment by email at info@friets.ch at any time.

You can request information about your data and its correction, deletion or release. You can object to its processing. An email to info@friets.ch is enough.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, with the competent supervisory authority.

This policy applies from 11.10.2026. It will be updated as soon as the processing changes.
